Phu An Transport Co., Ltd. is a unit operating in the field of international shipping with a stable dry bulk fleet operating on Southeast Asia, Middle East and Northeast Asia routes. In order to meet the needs of expanding operations, we need to recruit:

🔹 02 Ship Operation Staff

Job description:

• Find goods, find charts, find brock for 5k and 32k ships
• Track the journey
• Work with agents, customers, captains to update the exploitation situation.
• Coordinate with technical, insurance and financial departments in ship operations.

Requirements:

• University graduate majoring in Maritime, Transportation, Logistics or related.
• Priority is given to candidates who have worked at ship owners or shipping lines.
• Good communication skills in English, ability to write emails, handle situations quickly.
• Proficient in Excel and exploitation management software.

🔹 02 Marine Engineering Staff

Job description:

• Monitor the technical status of the ship: engine, marine equipment, machinery system.
• Plan regular maintenance, emergency repairs, supervise the ship's dock.
• Work with captains, engine engineers and repair shops.
• Prepare technical documents, hierarchical inspection documents, support audit.
• Support the purchase of technical materials, work with suppliers.

Requirements:

• University degree in Marine Engineering, Marine Engineering or equivalent.
• Priority is given to candidates with experience in ship engineering or having sailed on ships as chief/deputy engineer.
• Mastery of technical standards and regulations of the registry
• Ability to work independently, handle technical incidents promptly.
• Good technical English is an advantage.
